Coverage

All Elaes Salde bed frames include a limited structural warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Coverage terms range from 3 to 10 years depending on the product line, as noted on each product page.

What Is Covered

• Structural frame, rail, and slat defects under normal use
• Premature failure of hardware, glides, or drawer mechanisms
• Manufacturing defects in upholstery stitching or fabric adhesion

What Is Not Covered

• Normal wear, fading, or wrinkling of fabric and leather over time
• Damage from improper assembly, misuse, or unauthorized modification
• Commercial use outside of staging, rental, or hospitality settings agreed to in writing
• Damage occurring during shipping, which is handled under our Shipping & Returns policy

Filing a Claim

To file a warranty claim, email info@elaessalde.store with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos. Our team will confirm coverage and arrange a replacement part, unit, or partial refund as appropriate.
